Dane Yousif – President

Hi, I’m Dane Yousif, founder of Voltek Electric.

I built Voltek with an idea that focusing on one niche creates a massive strategic advantage. I chose facilities maintenance because it strongly resonates with my experience in the US Navy as a maintenance technician working on radar systems that is made up of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing subsystems that are all interconnected. The experience taught me many tools we use in our standardized workflows such as root cause analysis, and the OODA loop. I feel a sense of accomplishment in helping facilities teams keep their sites running and I feel as if my approach using systems thinking in building our business strategically will help maximize site uptime.
